Grant Transfer Request
To transfer your South Carolina Tuition Grant from one eligible college/university to another eligible college/university you can either create an account with the myTG Student Portal, which will allow you to view your eligibility and complete your transfer in real-time, or you can submit the transfer form below. It will take 1-3 business days for your transfer to be processed if you elect to use the form below. Please note: if you have used the myTG Student Portal to change your institution, completing the form below is not needed.
Grant Transfer via myTG Student Portal
To update your college to the correct choice within the portal simply click the “CHANGE INSTITUTION” option to process a grant transfer. The South Carolina Tuition Grant is only available at the 21 participating independent colleges and universities. If your intended college is not listed, you will not be eligible to receive South Carolina Tuition Grants.

Complete the form below if you will not be attending the institution listed on your Tentative Eligibility Notice and wish to transfer your South Carolina Tuition Grant to another eligible independent college or university. Please note, the South Carolina Tuition Grant is ONLY available at the 21, eligible by law, independent colleges and universities. If you will be attending any college or university not listed below, you will not be eligible for a South Carolina Tuition Grant.

1) You are the student completing this form;
2) You understand transferring your SC Tuition Grant may change the amount granted; and,
3) This information is correct as entered.
